Please note that it may take 24-72 hours for our Support Team to respond to your inquiry, although we strive to reply as quickly as possible.

Digital media, such as software, can be downloaded instantly, making it non-returnable. Once you have purchased the software or a service, there is no option for a “trial” or “grace period”, which means all purchases are final. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided.

We can process a refund if you haven’t downloaded the product or if the product you downloaded from the website is completely unusable, damaged, non-functioning, or doesn’t do what it promises.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing any digital content or service on our site, as per EU law. However, this only applies if you haven’t downloaded or installed the content, and we haven’t started working on your development project. If you have downloaded the digital product or we have started working on your service, you won’t be able to withdraw your purchase or request a refund.
